Fresh from the success of their respective solo albums, Anthea Neads & Andy Prince have recently released their first album as a duo. Named after the Cornish cottage where it was recorded, Penhayl showcases the pair’s joint writing talents, revealing a multitude of influences from 60s psychedelia to contemporary nu-folk. Working with producer Matt Tweed (of Martha Tilston fame), Penhayl also provides ample opportunity to showcase the multi-instrumental skills of both Anthea and Andy, and also sees Andy singing backing vocals to Anthea’s unique voice for the first time.
